1 EXPORT COMPANY | BUSINESS LICENSE, SALE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Zaskia helped her client by mitigating the legal issues under both countries’ laws, United States and Indonesia. She helped establish a US company and worked alongside an Indonesian law firm to help the US company legally export goods to Indonesia. Zaskia is also in the process of helping negotiate a sale and purchase agreement for the company.
